At Jangocode, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on purchases and subscription plans on our platform.

1. Refund Terms for Single Digital Item Purchases

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: A refund request is only applicable if the digital item has not been downloaded within the refund eligibility period.
  • Refund Period: Customers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • Ineligible Refund Conditions:
    • If the item has been downloaded, a refund will not be issued.
    • If a refund request is made after 7 days from the purchase date, a refund will not be issued, regardless of download status.

2. Refund Terms for Subscription Plans

Jangocode offers various subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime), each with distinct terms for refunds:

  • Eligibility: Refunds for subscription plans are only available if no downloads have occurred within the first 7 days of the subscription period.
  • Ineligible Refund Conditions:
    • If any single item is downloaded during the subscription period, no refund will be provided.
    • Subscription plans are non-refundable beyond the first 7 days, regardless of download status.

3. Subscription Cancellation Policy

To cancel an active subscription, customers should adhere to the following deadlines to avoid future billing:

  • Weekly Plan: Cancellation must be made at least 2 days before the renewal date.
  • Monthly Plan: Cancellation must be made at least 7 days before the renewal date.
  • Yearly Plan: Cancellation must be made at least 15 days before the renewal date.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions are renewed automatically before the following billing dates:

  • Weekly Plan: 1 day prior to renewal.
  • Monthly Plan: 5 days prior to renewal.
  • Yearly Plan: 7 days prior to renewal.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria for a refund, you may submit a request as follows:

  1. Log into your Jangocode account.
  2. Navigate to Account Settings > Refunds or visit https://jangocode.com/user/refunds.
  3. Click the + icon at the top right.
  4. Select the item for which you wish to request a refund.
  5. Provide a brief explanation for the refund request to help us process it quickly.
  6. Refunds will be credited to your account within 5-7 working days.
