1. General License Overview

Jangocode provides digital products under specific licensing terms that grant you limited rights to use the items according to the subscription or purchase plan chosen. These licenses are designed to ensure you can confidently use our products while respecting the rights of our creators and maintaining compliance with Jangocode’s policies.

2. Personal Use License

Under the Personal Use License, you are granted the right to use digital items strictly for non-commercial, personal projects. This license does not permit the distribution, resale, or sharing of the purchased products.

• Permitted Use: Personal projects, hobby sites, or non-commercial applications.
• Not Permitted: Resale, redistribution, or use in any commercial project.

3. Commercial Use License

The Commercial Use License is ideal for projects intended for business purposes. With this license, you may use Jangocode items in a single project for a client or your business, as long as the product is not directly resold or shared.

• Permitted Use: Commercial projects, one-time use for client work, or business branding.
• Not Permitted: Redistribution, resale, or inclusion in multiple projects without a new license.

4. Extended Commercial License

The Extended Commercial License provides broader usage rights, ideal for agencies and businesses needing to use the product across multiple commercial projects. This license allows the use of the purchased product in multiple projects for multiple clients.

• Permitted Use: Multiple projects, commercial distribution, client work, and branding.
• Not Permitted: Resale of the item as-is or in a way that competes with the original product on Jangocode.

5. Subscription License (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime)

With Jangocode's subscription plans, you gain access to a range of premium downloads based on your chosen plan (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime). Each download obtained under a subscription plan is subject to the following terms:

• Download Limit: Access to unlimited downloads based on the plan's terms, provided that the subscription is active.
• Usage Rights: Each downloaded item can be used in multiple projects, but only while the subscription remains active.
• Download Restrictions: Downloaded items may not be resold or redistributed as standalone products.
• Refund Terms: Refunds for subscription plans are only available within the first 7 days if no items have been downloaded. If an item has been downloaded, a refund will not be issued.

6. Prohibited Actions

To protect the rights of our creators and ensure compliance, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Resale or Redistribution: Selling, sharing, or distributing any Jangocode product as-is or in any form that competes with Jangocode or the original creator.
• Unlicensed Usage: Using products beyond the scope of your purchased license (e.g., using a personal license for a commercial project).
• Unauthorized Transfers: Transferring or reselling a license or product to any third party.

7. License Duration and Renewal

Licenses for individual purchases are perpetual unless otherwise specified. Subscription licenses, however, are only valid while the subscription remains active. To continue using the items obtained through subscription for new projects, you must maintain an active subscription.

• Renewal Policy: Subscription licenses will auto-renew based on your chosen billing cycle unless canceled within the required timeframe as stated in the refund and cancellation policies.

8. Compliance and Enforcement

Jangocode reserves the right to take appropriate action if any misuse, unauthorized distribution, or non-compliance with this policy is detected. Violations may result in suspension of your Jangocode account, revocation of your licenses, or legal action as deemed necessary.

9. Modifications to the License Policy

Jangocode may update this License Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of Jangocode products following the update signifies your agreement to comply with the revised terms.
