Our Premium Terms outline the conditions and privileges associated with our premium plans, including access to exclusive digital products, subscription plans, and other premium features. By subscribing to any of Jangocode’s premium plans, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.

1. Premium Access and Subscription Plans

Jangocode offers multiple subscription plans, including Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime options. Each plan provides varying levels of access to our premium digital products and resources. The terms for these plans are as follows:

• Weekly Plan: Access to premium content for 7 days.
• Monthly Plan: Access to premium content for 30 days.
• Yearly Plan: Access to premium content for 365 days.
• Lifetime Plan: Unlimited, lifetime access to premium content without expiration.

2. Premium Download Privileges

Subscribers to any premium plan enjoy the following benefits:

• Unlimited Downloads: You can download as many items as you like within your subscription period, subject to fair usage.
• Exclusive Resources: Access to high-quality, premium digital products that are not available to free users.
• Personal and Commercial Use: Premium items can be used in personal and commercial projects according to the license terms provided for each item.

3. Refund Policy for Premium Subscriptions

Refunds for premium subscriptions are available under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: A refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase if no items have been downloaded during this period.
• Ineligible Conditions:
  • If any item has been downloaded, no refund will be granted.
  • Refunds are not available after 7 days, regardless of download status.

4. Subscription Renewal and Billing

Premium plans renew automatically according to the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase. Renewal terms are as follows:

• Weekly Plan: Renews automatically 1 day before the end of each weekly cycle.
• Monthly Plan: Renews automatically 5 days before the end of each monthly cycle.
• Yearly Plan: Renews automatically 7 days before the end of each annual cycle.

If you wish to cancel your subscription and avoid automatic renewal, please do so within the time frames specified below:

• Weekly Plan: Cancel at least 2 days before renewal.
• Monthly Plan: Cancel at least 7 days before renewal.
• Yearly Plan: Cancel at least 15 days before renewal.

5. Premium Account Usage

Jangocode premium accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared or transferred. Sharing your account or login information may result in suspension or termination of your premium privileges without refund.

• Fair Usage: We reserve the right to monitor usage and limit downloads to prevent abuse or excessive downloading beyond typical usage patterns.

6. Limitations and Restrictions

To protect the integrity of our marketplace and ensure fair access to resources, the following restrictions apply to premium accounts:

• No Resale or Redistribution: Downloaded items may not be resold, shared, or distributed in any form, either individually or as part of a larger collection.
• Project Limitations: Each downloaded item must be used in accordance with the specific license provided for that product and may not be used across multiple projects or clients without proper licensing.

7. Changes to Premium Terms

Jangocode reserves the right to modify or update these Premium Terms as necessary. Notifications of significant changes will be provided on our website or via email. Your continued subscription following any updates to these terms signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
